Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Analytics Platform, operated by Analytics Platform. By using the service or authorizing an integration, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Analytics Platform provides advertising reporting, first-party event collection, attribution and related analytics tools. Features may include authorized imports from Google Ads and Meta Ads and configured delivery of measurement events to third-party platforms.
The advertising integrations are intended to be read-only. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, the service does not create or edit campaigns, ads, budgets, bids, billing settings or payment methods.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and have authority to act for the account or organization you connect. You may connect only advertising accounts, websites and data sources that you own or are authorized to administer.
3. Account authorization
Connections use authorization mechanisms supplied by third-party platforms. You are responsible for reviewing the requested permissions and maintaining appropriate access controls. You may revoke a connection through the relevant platform or request disconnection from us.
You must not share passwords with us, bypass platform security, supply credentials obtained without permission, or attempt to access another party’s data.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate configuration and contact information.
- Obtain notices, consents and other legal grounds required for website tracking, customer data and advertising measurement.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law and Google, Meta and other platform terms.
- Protect your accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Validate reports before relying on them for material financial or business decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, probe or disrupt infrastructure, evade rate limits, reverse engineer protected components, resell access without permission, or process data you are not authorized to use. You may not use connected data to build unrelated advertising profiles, determine creditworthiness or engage in discrimination.
6. Third-party services
Google, Meta, hosting providers, commerce platforms and other integrations are independent services governed by their own terms. Their APIs, metrics, attribution rules, availability and permissions may change. We are not responsible for third-party outages, suspensions, policy decisions or reporting adjustments.
7. Data and privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain rights in data you lawfully provide. You instruct us to process that data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and comply with law.
8. Intellectual property
Analytics Platform, its software, interface, documentation and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for authorized business purposes; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements or improve the service. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Fees
Any fees, service levels or commercial commitments must be stated in a separate order, proposal or written agreement. Third-party advertising spend and platform charges are not included unless expressly stated.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and revoke integrations at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment under a separate agreement, third-party platform requirements or conduct that threatens the service or other users.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Reports may differ from platform interfaces because of time zones, attribution windows, delayed adjustments, currency conversion, API behavior or data supplied by clients. We do not warrant that a report is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytics Platform will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profit, advertising opportunity, data or goodwill arising from use of the service. Any mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
14. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims resulting from your unlawful data collection, lack of authorization, violation of platform rules or misuse of the service.
15. Governing terms
These Terms and any separate written service agreement form the agreement for use of Analytics Platform. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.
